Curriculum

The Hands-On By Design “Talon’T Performance Teaching Aide Kit Car” includes instructor training and curriculum that utilizes four one- year STEM training modules written in such a way as to compliment the federal, state, and local standards. As part of the instructor training included in the purchase of the kit, teachers will learn how to incorporate key concepts of the Hands-on By Design curriculum they already are required to teach with relative concepts associated to the Talon’T Kit Car. Professional Development Training Hours

For the teaching aid’s best transition into the classroom, Hands-On By Design offers professional development training hours for high school teachers. Through in-house training, we offer teachers the opportunity to learn about the overview of the STEM modules and directly work hands-on with the teaching aid to get to know it better. As an alternative, we offer webinars for those unable to make it to the in-house training sessions. We aim to properly train instructors so that they can be best prepared to incorporate this teaching aid into the classroom.
