Hands-On By Design Attends Tennessee STEM Innovation Summit

Hands-On By Design board members Aaron Crowley and Miranda McConnell attended the 2017 Tennessee STEM Innovation Summit on May 17 and 18 at the Embassy Suites in Murfreesboro, TN. Over 300 people attended this year’s conference, including educators, administrators, and keynote speaker Jack Hanna. Hands-On By Design’s first customer, Central Magnet School, presented on the use of automotive engineering with the Talon’T Performance Teaching Aid in their classrooms.

Hands-On By Design board members Aaron Crowley and Miranda McConnell attended the 2016 Tennessee STEM Innovation Summit on May 17 and 18 at the Vanderbilt campus in Nashville, TN. Approximately 300 people attended this year’s sold out conference, including educators, administrators, and many others involved in the education system. Hands-On By Design turned heads and generated lots of interest in incorporating this new and innovative STEM kit into the classroom. The two hope to have made a significant impact and plan to attend the Alabama Automotive Manufacturers Association conference this June in Huntsville to generate even more interest.
