TEAM c/s

Talon’T Engineering and Automotive Manufacturing Competition Series

The Talon’T Engineering and Automotive Manufacturing Competition Series (TEAM c/s) serves as part of the capstone of the four year STEM experience. TEAM c/s puts the students’ experience from the previous four-year curriculum to the ultimate test in a challenge to optimize the Talon’t Performance Teaching Aide Kit Car in dynamic events against other high schools. Students start with a disassembled kit car upon arrival to the competition. They assemble the kit car, then must pass a technical inspection for safety. The students will then run the car through various dynamic events, evaluate the car’s performance, and make adjustments to improve the car’s performance. After running a series of dynamic events team’s lap time will be scored and the winner will be determined.
